Baptism

We are glad to help you in the baptism of your child. We thank you for making this important decision to raise your child in the Catholic faith.

Documents Here are the documents that you need to prepare and submit to the Parish Office.

1) Baptism Register Form

2) A copy of your child's Birth Certificate

Please call the Parish Office ( 760-329-8794 ) for the Baptismal Preparation Classes.

Godparents

Godparents serve as the second parents of the child in teaching the Catholic faith. They must be good role-models who can give witness to the Child on how to live their Cathilic faith.

If the Godparents to be are married, they must be living the Sacrament of Matrimony. If the person is single, he/she must be at least 16 years old and have received the Sacrament of Confirmation.
